Cyprus Planning to Implement Postponement of Initial DAC6 Reporting
According to a statement from the Cypriot authorities, the state plans to further delay the initial deadlines for the DAC6 reporting cross-border agreements. As previously reported, a political agreement was reached in June on a possible extension of the initial deadlines for DAC6 for up to 6 months in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic. The required amendments still have to be formally adopted by the EU-27 finance ministers in the ECOFIN Council and published in the Official Journal of the EU.
