Cyprus Companies: Extension to the Annual Fee Payment for the year 2022

The Cyprus parliament on the 30th of June approved the extension of the deadline for the payment of the annual levy tax for the year 2022 to the Cyprus Registrar of Companies from 30^th of June to 31^st of December 2022.

Methods of payment of the annual fee

You may proceed with the payment of your company’s annual fee, via the following ways:

• The website of JCCSMART for payments relating to the years 2018 and onwards;
• The e-service of the Registrar of Companies, following registration to Ariadne Government Gateway, for payments relating to the years 2012 – 2017 (including);
• Through Globalserve Consultants Ltd, if you wish to pay through Globalserve please contact us, our fee is 50 euros.
